This Collective Pull

On Friday, June 12 I was in a small group show called ‘This Collective Pull.’ It was curated by Bea Modisett at an apartment on Dane Street in Beverly, MA. The other artists were all fellow Montserrat alumni: Peter Brefini, Justin Bothwell, Claudia Friedel, Brendan McCauley, Bea Modisett, Julie O’Boyle and Emily Pardoe. It was a nicely diverse group of work, and it was good to see what people have been working on since graduating.

Here are a couple of pictures of the show, taken by Julie.

Also, click here to see good-quality scans of my pieces in the show.

When the eclipse comes, the solar circuit will complete and the celestial concavity will fill with stars ( 5” x 7.5” // pen on paper // 2009 )
A somewhat recent drawing; part of a series inspired by star maps and trigonometry. This was one of five pieces of mine in a show called ‘This Collective Pull’ in early June in Beverly.
